What makes you eat what you eat and when you eat?

I’m working on a Nutrition exercise and need support.

Question 1: Think about what you eat? Who taught you to eat what you eat? What are some of the factors that come into play with food choices? What are the biggest influences for you in food choices? How healthy do you eat? What do you do well with nutrition and what do you need to work on?

Question 2: How can you ensure what you read on the internet, regarding nutrition, is coming from a credible site? List at least 3 credible nutritional websites, with a brief description of what can be found on the website. What made you choose these 3 websites? Why do you think they are credible.
