Read: Contract Management Body of Knowledge, 5th or 6th Edition, Chapter 9 plus read/watch the documents/videos below.
Discussion Topic: How do people and organizations learn from a difficult or complicated acquisition? Not all procurements are home runs. Some start out going in one direction and end up in another. Others like the F-35 take decades before starting to meet the minimum requirements. Also, annotate two points of interest from chapter 9 reading.
