Write a short one page paper about the different workouts, and workout ideas that you are planning to do over the next 16 weeks of physical activity in the course.
Things to think about for the paper:
- What activities are you thinking about doing?
- Do you have planned workouts already? If so, what are they?
- Example: Dance Classes, Swimming lessons, Personal Trainer sessions, etc.
- What are physical activities you enjoy doing?
- How you will be working the workouts into your daily life?
If you are unsure, and need help with workouts, this is the place to ask!
If you are on a sports team, or take part in training with a coach, this is also the place to inform about the activities you do.
