Topic: Research Designs for Glutathionylation of Profilin
my proposal which is about ( Glutathionylation of Profilin) and I want you to follow the instruction below
Research design (Planning experiments)
There are two aims in this proposal;
1) What is glutathionylation, the condition in which it occurs within the cell, the effects it is known to cause once the reaction is triggered and the impact it has on the cell proteomics ?
2) What is the process of glutathionylation of profilin and the impact it has within the cell?
so, i want you to rewrite the Research design corresponding to these two aims as the follow :
1) the effect of glutathionylathion on the changes in proteins expression
( figure out how can do it in cells and define the condition of glutathionylation and we can do that by stress the normal cells first and see how its going with profilin glutathionylation.
2) To see how the sterss is going to affect profilin gltathionylation.
We can use mass spectrometry and sequence and look at glutathionylathion (the site of glutathionylation of profilin because the profilin has three cysteine
(which cysteine will be glutathionylated)
-different conditions where you can stress the cells ( what sort is going to stress the cells, for example : by reducing the concentration of oxygen or for instant, by using a chemical ageint to stress the cells.
-how produce glutathionylation in normal cellswill affect the profilin ( will chick if the profilin is glutathionylated in different conditions .
-then need to compare normal cells with cancer cells.
-how these cells respond to the stress.(response the stress for the cells because is not a normal resting conditions that cancer cells already has been glutathionylation profilin but also how these cells respond to this stress)
