For my BBA3602 Principles of Management assignment, I am to develop a supporting HR plan for an organizational strategy. The paper has to offer ideas for a promising HR assignment, development plan, and sustainment plan to support the strategy of an organization expanding to open offices in sub-Sahara Africa. I am to develop a scenario that provides the business of the organization, identifying how much expansion is taking place, and which countries should be part of the expansion. Some areas to consider: how many employees would be relocating? Is there a need for commissary, banking currency exchange and medical offices? Should the assignment be for one year sans families or 2 years with the families. If with families, how about schooling? How will the employees housed? Should there be a housing allowance or does the company procure a compound for its own housing?
